they vocalized quite a bit while the chase was on.

once you don't see them together - it's not so easy to see who's who.

the first documented Zabulon Skipper east of the Connecticut River Valley in MA for the "spring" season. The first Zabulon in eastern MA was found in September 2008 within a few hundred yards of this one. In September of 2009 several Zabulons were found in the Westport/Dartmouth area; but it sure was nice to come across one in the spring as well. Zabulons are always a good find in MA - and especially so this time of year.
